These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Nutri Check website, products, test kits, reports, portals, and related services.
My Nutri Check is owned by Nutri Check LLC
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, registering a kit, submitting a sample, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
My Nutri Check provides wellness-related products and services, including at-home wellness kits, digital reports, educational information, and related services.
Our services are designed for general wellness and informational purposes.
They are not intended to:
- Diagnose a disease or medical condition
- Treat, cure, or prevent disease
- Replace medical testing or professional healthcare
- Provide medical, clinical, psychological, or veterinary advice
- Guarantee a particular health or wellness outcome
Using our services does not create a doctor-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship.
2. Using Your Results
Your report provides non-diagnostic wellness information intended for personal exploration and education.
Results should not be treated as medical test results, clinical findings, or professional medical advice.
Individual experiences may vary, and you are responsible for deciding how you use the information provided.
Before making significant dietary, supplement, medication, lifestyle, or health-related changes, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
3. Age Requirements
Our website is intended for users aged 13 or older.
Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. When a kit is purchased or submitted for a minor, an adult parent or guardian must manage the registration and associated account.
4. Accounts & Registration
Certain services may require you to create an account or register your test kit.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping your account details current
- Protecting your login credentials
- Ensuring your kit and sample are registered correctly
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Test Kits & Sample Submission
Test kits must be correctly registered before processing.
Samples should be submitted according to the instructions included with your kit.
Unless otherwise stated by My Nutri Check in writing, samples must be submitted within six months of the original purchase date.
We may be unable to process samples that are expired, damaged, contaminated, improperly collected, incorrectly registered, tampered with, or otherwise unsuitable for processing.
Once submitted, samples are not returned to customers and may be securely disposed of in accordance with our sample-handling procedures.
6. Products & Availability
We aim to describe our products and services as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, packaging, report formats, features, pricing, digital content, availability, and other elements of our services may occasionally change.
Individual experiences and results may also vary.
Purchasing an My Nutri Check service provides access to the applicable wellness service and information; it does not guarantee a particular result or outcome.
7. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the payment method provided for the applicable purchase price, taxes, shipping charges, and other fees disclosed at checkout.
Prices and product availability may change, and we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors.
Applicable taxes, customs duties, or other governmental charges may be the customer's responsibility depending on location.
8. Refunds & 100-Day Guarantee
Refunds, cancellations, credits, and returns are governed by our published Refund Policy.
Certain eligible products may also be covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.
Where a guarantee applies, customers must follow the eligibility requirements, timelines, and submission process stated in the applicable guarantee policy.
Eligible guarantee requests that meet the published requirements will be honored.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We use third-party carriers to deliver orders and return samples.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information may occasionally be delayed or contain carrier scanning inaccuracies.

Our collection, use, storage, protection, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.
My Nutri Check does not sell personal health information.
11. Intellectual Property
The My Nutri Check website, branding, reports, graphics, layouts, educational materials, methodologies, software, scoring systems, and other proprietary content are owned by My Nutri Check or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or use our proprietary content to develop competing products or services.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, products, services, or systems.
This includes activities such as:
- Submitting fraudulent or manipulated samples
- Providing deliberately false information
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Scraping or automatically extracting protected content
- Reverse engineering proprietary systems
- Abusing refunds, guarantees, promotions, or payment systems
- Harassing or threatening employees, contractors, customers, or representatives
- Using our services for unlawful purposes
Serious violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
13. Reviews & Customer Content
You may have opportunities to submit reviews, testimonials, images, comments, or other content.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.
Reviews should reflect genuine personal experiences and must not contain false, misleading, medical, diagnostic, or deceptive claims.
Where you have provided the required consent, My Nutri Check may use submitted content for legitimate business purposes, including displaying customer reviews and marketing materials.
14. Affiliates & Influencers
Some third parties may promote My Nutri Check through affiliate, ambassador, referral, or influencer programs.
These individuals operate independently and are responsible for their own statements.
Affiliates are not authorized to provide medical advice, guarantee results, change My Nutri Check policies, or make unauthorized promises on our behalf.
15. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for functions such as payments, shipping, ecommerce, marketplaces, hosting, and communications.
Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
AFIL cannot control third-party outages, carrier delays, marketplace restrictions, payment-provider decisions, or other actions outside our reasonable control.
16. HSA & FSA Payments
Certain products may support HSA or FSA payments through third-party providers.
My Nutri Check does not determine or guarantee whether a particular purchase qualifies under your HSA or FSA plan.
You are responsible for confirming eligibility with your plan or administrator and maintaining any required documentation.
17. Fraud & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent activity, manipulated samples, misuse of discounts, or deliberate abuse of refund and guarantee processes may result in cancellation of services or account restrictions.
If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, violations of these Terms, security concerns, abusive conduct, or significant legal or operational risks.
Certain provisions of these Terms continue to apply after termination where appropriate.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website, services, reports, results, and related content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- Our services will meet every customer's expectations
- Results will be identical or repeatable
- Our website will always operate without interruption
- Every piece of information will be error-free
- Any particular wellness outcome will occur
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Nutri Check liability relating to a particular product or service is limited as described in these Terms.
My Nutri Check will not be liable for categories of indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages where such exclusions are legally permitted.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration and applicable law permits, proceedings will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts in Kansas.
22. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and AFIL agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days following written notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes covered by the arbitration provision will then be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The Terms also contain an individual class-action waiver, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described in the full arbitration provisions.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, or applicable requirements.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page identifies the most recent version.
Your continued use of the services following an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
